SHIPPING 

1. CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Please be aware that local taxes and import duties apply and are not included in the shipping costs nor the item. The payable import taxes and duties should be handled by the customer. If there are any questions in regards to the tax or duties rate, please check with your local customs office. 

 

2. TRACKING

Tracking is available depending on the shipping method you pick. We advice choosing the shipment option with tracking, as this will provide a clearer estimation of your orders. 

 

3. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME

We offer worldwide shipping. 

 

All orders will be dispatched within 1 - 3 shipping days. In most cases, orders will arrive within 5 - 13 business days. 

 

4. CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED? 

It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. 

We advice all customer to double check their order details before processing the payment. 

 

5. I DIDN’T RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT NOW?

Please note that it might take up to a few minutes before you receive your order confirmation. Please also check your spam folder.

6. WHAT IF I REFUSE THE DELIVERY? 

Order will not return to LAYOUT if the customer refuses their delivery. Instead, it might be held at your local post office. It is the full responsibility of the customer and we can not refund for refused deliveries. 

 

7. HOW DO WE CALCULATE THE SHIPPING COST? 

Our shipping structure is based on the product, quantity, and finish option you’ve selected and where are you shipping to. Essentially, the total weight is the foundation of the cost structure. 

 

Yet, as we offer a wide range of shipping couriers, you will have the flexibility to select the shipping option that matches your budget. 

 

PAYMENT

1. WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?

To maintain the flexibility and transparency of our payment, we offer a wide range of payment options. In specific, we accept Visa, Master and PayPal. 

 

For Hong Kong customers, we also accept PayMe. 

 

It is also possible to make the payment via bank or wire transfer, please get in touch for further details. 

 

 

2. I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I ATTEMPT TO PAY. WHAT NOW?

Unsuccessful payment could be due to various reasons. You can first reach out to our team to seek for a solution. If the problem still exists, you might have to reach out to your bank to resolve the issue. 

 

Alternatively, you could also make a payment with another method. 

 

3. DUPLICATE CHARGE FOR AN ORDER 

If you have been charged multiple times for your order this is likely a mistake and we can help you to fix it.

 

You could send us proof of the duplicate payment and our team will handle it and proceed a refund. 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

 

1. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products. We advise all customers to think clearly before making any purchase, if there are any questions or concerns, please reach out to our team immediately. 

  

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

1. MY PRODUCTS HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT NOW?

We commit to delivering all orders in the best quality. If your order for any reason in any way arrives damaged, please let us know right away (within 3 days of arrival) so we can help you resolve the problem. 

 

We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items. We do not offer a full refund.

 

To report a damaged product, please kindly send photos of the damaged item to our team for evaluation
